Parks & Playground
Constructed from natural materials, and resembling a ninja warrior style park is Burnet Circuit Park, located in Baringa.
If you’re looking for a space where children can use their imaginations, and enjoy a fun obstacle course designed for children of all ages, then this is the park for you!
With its lush, bushland backdrop and landscaped to include plenty of leafy greenery, Burnet Circuit Park offers a really natural, organic vibe. There’s plenty of natural shade and undercover sails, as well as benches, tables and seating areas scattered around, so it’s easy to enjoy hours of play at this fantastic park.
The playground’s obstacle course is a collection of stations which promote climbing, balancing and exploring, from roped netted frames through to suspended balancing planks.
There’s plenty of sensory play, and children will also have a fantastic time enjoying a climbing wall, swings and outrageously slippery slide!
Surrounding the playground are pathways for scootering and an open green space, perfect for running around and kicking a footy.
The park offers onsite parking and is easily accessible via Baringa Drive.
Want to make a day of it? Stockland Aura champions an active, outdoor lifestyle; with many parks interconnected through kilometres of walkways, bike paths and our dedicated veloway.
From Burnet Circuit Park, there are tree-lined walkways which take you for a beautiful nature walk alongside Blackbutt Forest. Throughout this area are natural frog ponds, which are home to Wallum Sedge Frog. These frogs are native to the region and can often be heard throughout the afternoon when they are out and active. There are plenty of circuits to utilise from Burnet Circuit Park, such as the 4.3km Baringa Southside Playground loop, so why not head out on a park adventure this weekend?
